Our Sessions Get Informed

In Your Community

Financial consumer rights education designed to be accessible, local, and practical — wherever you are in Paraguay.

Education That Comes to You

The program is designed to be delivered in community settings — neighborhood centers, parish halls, cooperative meeting rooms, and other accessible local venues. The goal is to bring this information to where people already are, rather than requiring them to travel to access it.

Sessions are conducted in Spanish and are designed to be accessible to people of all educational backgrounds. No prior knowledge of law or finance is required.

We are based in Luque, Central Department, and our program reaches communities throughout the surrounding area. If you are interested in organizing a session for a group in your community, contact us to discuss the details.

How the Sessions Work

A practical, accessible format designed for real communities.

Three Separate Sessions

The program is delivered as three separate sessions, typically held on different days. This format allows participants to absorb and reflect on information between sessions, and to come back with questions.

Small Group Format

Sessions work best with small groups, which allows for genuine discussion and the opportunity for participants to ask questions about the topics being covered. The format is conversational, not lecture-based.

Community Venues

Sessions are held in accessible community spaces. We work with local organizations, cooperatives, neighborhood associations, and similar groups to identify suitable venues and coordinate scheduling.

Take-Home Materials

Participants receive reference materials summarizing the key information from each session — a practical resource to keep and refer back to when needed.

Anyone Who Uses Financial Services in Paraguay

This program is relevant to anyone who has a bank account, a loan, a credit card, or any other financial product from a regulated institution in Paraguay.

It is particularly useful for people who have experienced a situation where they felt something was wrong — an unexpected charge, a change in conditions, difficulty getting information — and did not know where to turn.

It is also useful as a preventive measure: understanding your rights before a problem arises puts you in a much stronger position.

This program is educational in nature. Attending does not create any professional or legal relationship between participants and program facilitators.
